Essential core competencies in the division Nanoanalysis l Testing Systems cover Micro and Nano Evaluation, Sensors and Sensor Systems, Electronic Development and Materials and Reliability for Micro- and Nanoelectronics. In main focus of the division Structural and Medical Health Monitoring are Structural Health Monitoring Systems, Inspection and Diagnosis Methods, Computational Methods and Field Support Technology.
